We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Director to lead and support the development of a large, complex aerospace development project across internal and external stakeholders. This role will oversee the development and deployment of project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines and budgets, and work across stakeholders to meet program objectives.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with company leaders and stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
  • Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the development program.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of product development experience.
  • Must have program leadership experience in an aerospace development environment with experience in full lifecycle development of aerospace products.
  • Must have Aviation industry experience.
  • Ability to lead across multiple teams and companies.
  • MBA and PMP certification is a plus.
