ResponsibilitiesThe Agency Recruiting Coordinator is a crucial member of the Market Management team, facilitating collaboration between Market Management and various market areas. In this role, you will ensure that our team provides the necessary information for market areas to make informed decisions. You will work with various databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms to gather and present data for each request.
- Transform complex data from multiple sources into clear communications and reports.
- Input data into databases or data management systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and proper organization.
- Support the coordination of the MOA hiring process and prepare data for agent terminations.
- Create and update monthly reports, including reconciliations.
- Assist in developing reports and strategic content for field leadership.
- Support the creation of visual data representations using data visualization tools or software, including charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data analysis findings clearly.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate various platforms and databases.
- Proven learning agility with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information; adaptable communication style based on audience and context.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive approach to assessing situations and driving action.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, OneNote, Outlook).
