SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Management Office Analyst to support the Business Operations Group within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Project Management Operations, industry best practices, business process re-engineering, and the development of standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance and Control
- Implementing standards across the portfolio to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Process Improvement
- Applying processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance
- Maintaining a library of PMO documents and building a repository of project templates to support project managers
- Guidance and Training
- Developing project management guidelines and training modules to enhance the skills of project managers
- Creating technical implementation guides to support the implementation of new processes
- Process Optimization
- Translating business processes into workflows and dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency
- Updating and maintaining organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials
- Compliance and Oversight
- Providing oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance
- Supporting IT roadmap updates to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Industry Expertise
- Maintaining artifacts related to the process of providing guidance and expertise on the applicability of industry standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience against position requirements
- PMP Certification
- 14+ years of overall related work experience
- 3+ years of recent PMO support experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
- PMP Certification
