Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer policy modification requests.
  • Address all incoming claims inquiries from clients.
  • Warmly welcome all clients entering the office, ensuring a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
  • Encourage each client to provide referrals and explain our referral incentives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Collect prospective client information, including name, address, and vehicle details, and accurately input this data into our quoting system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty to our products.

  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive demeanor.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment.
  • Demonstrate professional phone communication skills.
  • Consistently meet and exceed the expectations of current and prospective clients.
  • Effectively manage and resolve stressful and challenging situations.
  • Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
