Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at HomeTeam, you will:

  • Deliver positive interactions that enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
  • Provide information to potential customers and initiate new service requests.
  • Address inquiries, investigate issues, resolve concerns, offer pricing details, schedule services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Route Point software to manage customer service appointments.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
  • Engage in professional telephone conversations regarding service-related issues.
  • Document service-related information in our system.
  • Share marketing information with prospects and clients as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for service re-treats and initial services as directed.
  • Maintain organized customer files both digitally and physically.
  • Verify technician documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • File technician paperwork appropriately.
  • Update customer records with technician and employee information.
  • Print and distribute service tickets for technicians.
  • Possess a basic understanding of technician roles and company treatment processes.
  • Adhere to HomeTeam Pest Defense's telephone etiquette standards.
  • Effectively manage and de-escalate customer complaints.
  • Refer complex inquiries or issues to management.
  • Collect and reconcile payments received by technicians.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of prior customer service experience.
  • Basic customer service skills and techniques.
  • Entry-level understanding of computer systems.
  • Familiarity with company telephone features.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
