Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate at HomeTeam, your role will involve:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that enhance client retention and encourage additional service purchases.
- Communicating effectively with both internal and external clients of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
- Providing information to potential clients and initiating new service requests.
- Addressing inquiries, investigating issues, resolving concerns, offering pricing details, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing Route Point software to manage customer interactions and service scheduling.
- Resolving billing inquiries and invoice-related issues.
- Conducting professional telephone conversations with clients regarding their service inquiries.
- Documenting service-related notes in the company’s software system.
- Offering general marketing information to clients and prospects as needed.
- Following up with clients for re-treatments, initial services, and ongoing customer care as directed.
- Maintaining organized customer files both digitally and physically.
- Validating technician documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Updating system notes with technician and customer information.
- Printing, distributing, and reviewing service tickets for technicians.
- Possessing a fundamental understanding of technician roles and the company’s treatment processes.
- Adhering to HomeTeam Pest Defense's telephone etiquette standards.
- Effectively managing and de-escalating customer concerns.
- Escalating relevant inquiries or issues to management.
- Collecting and reconciling payments received from technicians.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior customer service experience.
- Basic customer service skills and techniques.
- Entry-level proficiency with computers.
- Basic understanding of company telephone systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
