Position Title: Event Setup and Breakdown Specialist

Employment Type: Part-Time, On-Call

Job Responsibilities: We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Event Setup and Breakdown Specialists. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to the flawless execution of our clients' events. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging event spaces in accordance with client specifications, including the setup of tables, chairs, and decorative elements.
  • Assisting in the placement of equipment and props, ensuring all items are positioned correctly.
  • Safely handling and transporting event materials, including loading and unloading as necessary.
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members to facilitate efficient event preparations.
  • Executing teardown and cleanup of event venues post-event, ensuring all items are returned to their original state.
  • Working closely with event managers and team leaders to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
