Responsabilidades
  • Recibir llamadas entrantes y recopilar la información necesaria
  • Priorizar y clasificar las llamadas de manera adecuada
  • Comunicar la información a las partes relevantes

Calificaciones
  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente
  • Experiencia previa en un rol similar
  • Competente en mecanografía y entrada de datos
