Role Summary: We are looking for committed and passionate individuals to fill the role of Event Logistics Coordinator at The Party Staff, Inc. This position is vital for the flawless execution of our clients' events. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Arranging event spaces in accordance with client requirements, which includes the setup of tables, chairs, and decorative elements.
  • Assisting in the placement of equipment and props, ensuring everything is positioned correctly.
  • Safely managing the transportation of event materials, including loading and unloading as necessary.
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members to facilitate smooth event preparations.
  • Conducting the breakdown and cleanup of event areas post-event, ensuring all items are returned to their original state.
  • Working alongside event managers and team leaders to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Required Qualifications: To thrive in this position, candidates should have the following attributes:

  • Good physical condition and endurance, as the role involves lifting and moving event equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to instructions meticulously.
