Duration: Approximately 7 months
Pay: $23 to $29 per hour Depending on Experience
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional standards, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing daily responsibilities. The capacity to adhere to tight deadlines will be crucial for thriving in this diverse role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support calendar management and appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and liaise with participants.
- Organize tradeshow meeting invitations and client-facing meetings.
- Coordinate travel logistics and oversee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare meeting agendas for the Vice President and team members.
- Arrange luncheons and facilitate catered meal orders.
- Reconcile purchasing card transactions.
- Assist with general office operations.
- Manage private meeting spaces.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or related experience providing executive-level support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
