Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Nexus Health Systems. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient transfers.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • At least one year of hospital experience, with preference given to those with experience in pediatrics and/or ICU.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
