Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and evaluate patient laboratory and physical assessment parameters to inform care decisions.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
* Manage patient medications and intravenous therapy, ensuring safe and effective administration.
* Monitor patient vital signs and take action to prevent or minimize compromise.

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCL) certification.
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
* National Institute of Healthcare Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 90 days of hire.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field.
* National Certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
* Bi or Multilingual.
