Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at J & J Homely Hospice And Palliative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
    • Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
    • Manage all clerical duties for patient census
  • Client Services
    • Answer customer inquiries and direct them to relevant staff
    • Schedule new patients to begin service
    • Create patient charts in Consolo
  • Human Resources
    • Interview and train new office employees
    • Organize employment paperwork for new employees
  • Quality Assurance
    • Review incoming patient referrals and verify insurance and demographics
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts
  • Organizational Skills
    • Ability to multitask and complete a wide variety of tasks
    • Flexibility to adjust to new tasks as company or office needs change

    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
