Overview

Acting as a liaison, professionals in this role merge expertise in business planning within court or public administration to interpret and convert departmental business needs into system implementations and/or process modifications. They serve as change agents to facilitate effective adaptations to existing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis, Communication, and Issue Prevention (80% of Role)
  • Establish and develop essential business metrics and reports across all operational areas, including key performance indicators and financial data.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, presenting recommendations to management in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Identify and assess business challenges, understanding the broader context, and leverage team expertise across various specialties to devise solutions, summarizing findings that are both meaningful and actionable.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring that designs meet user requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs, objectives, current operational procedures, challenges, input and output requirements, and levels of system access.
  • Promote a culture of change and acceptance of Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate implementation strategies with management based on a prioritized list, regularly following up with operational teams to ensure timely and effective execution and sustainability.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment, showcasing experience with ERP and forecasting systems.
  • Work alongside operational management to enhance processes, assess, and address day-to-day material, logistics, and production issues impacting production lines.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Business Analytics or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience in business process analysis, change management, and significant analytical or research projects is essential.
Competencies:
  • Exhibit strong self-motivation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Provide technical support in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
  • Develop training materials and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned system modules.
Working Conditions: Office and external environmental conditions typical of a warehouse setting, with variations in temperature. Individuals may need to walk extensively while navigating facilities, reach overhead, bend or stoop, perform repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movements, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
