Job Description

We are a prominent player in the manufacturing and distribution sector, currently seeking a highly qualified and seasoned Lead Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous professional with extensive expertise in financial management and accounting.



Job Overview:

In the role of Lead Financial Analyst, you will be pivotal in supervising financial operations, guaranteeing precision in financial reporting, and delivering critical insights to facilitate strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments to uphold the financial integrity of the organization.



Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Conduct regular financial assessments and offer recommendations for enhancements.
  • Coordinate and manage audits, acting as a liaison with external auditors as needed.
  • Prepare and review reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions to ensure liquidity.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Guide and mentor junior accounting personnel, providing necessary support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bolster business operations and initiatives.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
