Position Description:
Pan American Properties, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced FULL-TIME On-Site Community Manager for a residential apartment community.

The On-Site Community Manager is responsible for:

  1. Creating and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
  2. Being accessible to residents and addressing their needs.
  3. Managing administrative tasks efficiently.
  4. Overseeing the financial operations of the community, ensuring maximized income and controlled expenses.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, dependable, enthusiastic, and professional. Prior experience in property management is essential to ensure high-quality service and operational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand financial objectives and operate in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections to address safety and maintenance issues, ensuring the community is well-maintained.
  • Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive rapport with residents.
  • Operational Management: Oversee resident transitions, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with community rules.
  • Leasing Management: Utilize marketing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and manage lease agreements effectively.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare daily and monthly reports, including rent collection and delinquency notices.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and contribute to community improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is required.
  • Compliance: Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening is necessary.
