We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Premium Service Brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across our portfolio of nine brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement overarching brand strategies for nine distinct brands, ensuring alignment across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with each brand's leadership team to establish tailored go-to-market strategies and quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Drive accountability with marketing vendors, ensuring they meet deliverables and performance expectations.
  • Manage a diverse and talented marketing team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead quarterly reviews of marketing performance, tracking KPIs, and optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and Local Service Ads (LSA), with a strong understanding of SEO and landing page optimization provided by marketing vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external marketing vendors, ensuring they meet performance and strategic goals.
  • Create and manage marketing playbooks for franchisees, guiding them on priority programs and effective marketing execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts by establishing and upholding brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies (PPC, LSA) and a deep understanding of SEO and landing page management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Franchise marketing experience is a plus but not required.
