Position Overview:
The Lead Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role within a dynamic and high-performing team. This position necessitates close collaboration with various departments, including Content, Digital Solutions, and Provider Outreach, as well as service line leadership. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in digital marketing channels, content development, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Directs comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing local, regional, and national visibility for assigned programs and departments. Acts as the strategic and operational lead for diverse projects, mentoring team members and overseeing cross-functional initiatives while applying the latest digital marketing practices. Creates strategic and creative briefs, develops personas, and maps patient journeys by leveraging insights from business, brand, and market data to formulate effective strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Facilitates messaging and marketing strategies for team implementation, collaborating closely with internal design, content, and digital teams, as well as external agencies. Works with subject matter experts to gather and analyze data, measure campaign success, and adapt strategies based on insights. Compiles and presents information to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to effectively communicate program metrics and key performance indicators. Manages ad-hoc projects from inception to completion under the guidance of the Marketing Director, including developing marketing recommendations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing communications, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising, with a preference for candidates with healthcare marketing experience.
Licensure: No specific licensure required.

Physical Requirements:
This role primarily involves sedentary work with significant use of desktop computers. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and programs.
