Key Responsibilities
- Directs, oversees, and orchestrates a diverse range of intricate projects and strategies addressing challenging, contentious, novel, and/or obscure issues related to land and realty management.
- Offers guidance, counsel, support, and training in the legal interpretation of landmark decisions and complex public land and mineral regulations.
- Acts as a resource of knowledge for fellow realty specialists in resolving and assessing matters that influence projects, planning frameworks, casework, compliance, and environmental evaluations pertaining to land and realty initiatives.
- Represents the agency or assists in discussions with businesses, professionals, governmental entities, and educational organizations to provide technical or other pertinent information.
