Bilingual Wireless Account Security Specialist

DISH, a leading provider of connectivity solutions, is seeking a skilled Wireless Account Security Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) department, you will play a critical role in mitigating and preventing fraudulent activities on Boost Mobile member accounts.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, verifying the identity of callers, and completing transactions on accounts once identity verification is passed. You will also participate in regular calibration sessions and roundtable discussions with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to speak with customers in Spanish and English, possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud prevention, wireless telecommunications, or a related field. You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G-suite applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
