Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jackson National Life. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our business partners, customers, and internal associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, benefits, and administrative requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
- Document interactions with customers and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- FINRA Series 6 license may be required for certain product lines.
