Role Summary
We are looking for a Credit and Collections Representative who possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy resolving issues, collaborating with diverse teams, and managing customer accounts with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including sales teams, branch managers, and contractors.
  • Expertly navigate the Credit and Accounts Receivable processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and concerns, upholding high standards of customer relations.
  • Accurately reconcile invoices and payments to maintain financial integrity.
  • Work alongside sales representatives to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
  • Manage preliminary construction notices and provide lien waivers as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications and oversee the establishment of new accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Prior experience in the construction or distribution sectors is highly advantageous.
