Join Our Team

We are looking for a dedicated individual to become part of our team as a Credit and Collections Specialist.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS

Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and reduce overdue accounts.

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) rate, processing credit transactions, and collaborating with retailers, sales teams, and senior management.

Engage with sales and upper management as needed to expedite the collection process or to make significant credit decisions.

Handle a high volume of calls and customer interactions to address overdue accounts.

Support the onboarding of new business accounts by evaluating financial documents, suggesting credit limits, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

A Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management or collections.

Strong background in customer support with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Proven ability to follow up diligently; comfortable discussing payment with customers.

Experience in analyzing financial documents.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential; experience with Oracle is a plus.
