Job Title: Enrollment Services Coordinator

Join our team as an Enrollment Services Coordinator at Pellissippi State Community College. As a key member of our enrollment management team, you will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and executing marketing and recruitment strategies to increase new student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee effective marketing and recruitment strategies and events to maximize new student enrollment.
  • Serve as primary contact to new students, counseling and informing them regarding potential enrollment and requirements at Pellissippi State.
  • Represent Pellissippi State at college and career fairs and business trade shows within our eight-county region.
  • Collaborate with Campus Deans to coordinate recruiting, marketing, and event planning strategies for site-campus specific programs.
  • Assist with registration activities, including dual enrollment, financial aid assistance, and drop/add assistance during peak times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in related student affairs area with one year experience to include at least one of the following: college recruitment, advising, event planning, financial aid, or other related student affairs experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
