Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our Payroll Operations team, you will be responsible for administering payroll operations and services, including transaction processing, records management, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll operations and services as determined by manager
- Process transactions, manage records, and perform data entry
- Provide outstanding support to employees and departments
- Resolve individual and system-wide payroll issues
- Manage onsite payroll-related mail sorting and processing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-2 years of prior relevant experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
