Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our Payroll Operations team, you will be responsible for administering payroll operations and services, including transaction processing, records management, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll operations and services as determined by manager
  • Process transactions, manage records, and perform data entry
  • Provide outstanding support to employees and departments
  • Resolve individual and system-wide payroll issues
  • Manage onsite payroll-related mail sorting and processing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills
