Job Summary

South College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DPT Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the DPT Program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Management:
    • Execute all functions of DPT student enrollment in the CampusVUE system.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases as it relates to the enrollment process.
    • Review and process various types of student submissions across various platforms during the admissions, pre-matriculation, and orientation processes.
  • Program Assessment and Management:
    • Maintain communication with all levels of administration and faculty to coordinate and resolve problems and issues relative to the program.
    • Provide administrative support to the DPT Program administrators, faculty, and students.
    • Complete/assist with meeting minutes as requested.
    • Develop and maintain databases as requested.
  • Administrative Functions:
    • Assist with departmental administrative workload when needed.
    • Assist in editing and proofreading when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Proven Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven Competency in database management
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organizational & interpersonal skills
