Position Summary

The Wireless Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Managed Services Plus clients. This role involves addressing client inquiries and issues through our internal ticketing system, acting as the first line of support, and assisting with key account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the internal customer ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all Managed Services Plus users, effectively handling phone calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Deliver prompt end-user help desk assistance for mobility services during assigned shifts.
  • Open, respond to, track, and close all tickets efficiently.
  • Escalate issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Assist with the activation of new service lines, managing upgrades, and modifying features through carrier portals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each Managed Service Plus account to cater to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with analyst managers to implement best practices discussed in regular review meetings.
  • Participate in quarterly client audit review calls.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced support environment, providing solutions to various technical issues.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while representing Ten4 and its services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions with clients.
  • Support team members as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with major wireless carriers is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the continental U.S.
  • Fluency in English is required.
