Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users through various channels including in-person, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues efficiently.
  • Utilize available resources to research and answer technical inquiries.
  • Adhere to standard help desk protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
  • Identify urgent situations and escalate them promptly.
  • Document problems and resolutions accurately while tracking requests.
  • Stay updated with system changes and enhancements.
  • Review and revise help desk documentation as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft desktop technologies (M365, Teams, Windows 10/11).
  • Proficient in administering Active Directory, including user account management and group memberships.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Understanding of group policy and scripting behaviors.
  • Familiarity with network connectivity and troubleshooting (both wired and wireless).
  • Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
