Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to end-users through various channels including in-person, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues efficiently.
- Utilize available resources to research and answer technical inquiries.
- Adhere to standard help desk protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Identify urgent situations and escalate them promptly.
- Document problems and resolutions accurately while tracking requests.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft desktop technologies (M365, Teams, Windows 10/11).
- Proficient in administering Active Directory, including user account management and group memberships.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell for troubleshooting purposes.
- Understanding of group policy and scripting behaviors.
- Familiarity with network connectivity and troubleshooting (both wired and wireless).
- Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
