Role Summary:
Active Spine and Joint Institute is on the lookout for a dedicated Exercise Specialist to enhance our dynamic team of Chiropractic Physicians, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Exercise Specialists. This full-time role is essential in delivering exceptional care to our clientele. The position is structured for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is focused on hands-on patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients through tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct Functional Movement Screenings.
- Assist patients with various therapeutic modalities.
- Facilitate orthotic fittings.
- Provide patient education regarding rehabilitation exercises.
- Monitor patient vitals.
- Possess a solid understanding of rehabilitation exercises.
- Effectively communicate and instruct patients on rehabilitation techniques.
- Oversee floor activities and ensure equipment maintenance.
