Job Overview

  • Manage terminations and submit requests for waivers to efficiently finalize buyout processes, upgrades, returns, and credit/rebills.

  • Provide standard customer service support related to billing, including clarifying billing statements, processing payments, addressing collections concerns, and managing service changes.

  • Ensure punctuality by being ready to work at the scheduled start time and attending meetings on time.
Additional Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
