- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the team while minimizing distractions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, adapting to changes as necessary.
- Ensure punctuality by being ready to work at the scheduled start time and attending meetings on time.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
2 years or less in a customer service or call center role.
Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office attendance on specific days with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week, subject to business needs.
