Job Summary
Bellevue Country Club is seeking to hire driven professionals to enhance its culinary team. We welcome applications from team-oriented individuals with varying skill sets aiming to grow into existing and future opportunities within our club. A hospitality background, good attitude, and strong work ethic are essential requirements.

Team members are responsible for collaborating with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service in various dining settings. Employees will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and Chef, and must be able to follow instructions, be punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with kitchen station setup and stocking.
  • Preparing food including cleaning and cooking ingredients for appetizers, salads, and main dishes.
  • Plating prepared foods under the guidance of the Chef.
  • Ensuring orders are completed according to request and on time, working closely with servers.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and utensils at the end of shifts.

Requirements:
  • Maintaining adherence to food safety standards and regulations in kitchen operations.
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure with other team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute orders efficiently.
  • Performing high-quality work while unsupervised.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$21 per hour based on experience. A follow-up phone call and scheduled in-person interview will occur for selected candidates.
