Job Summary

We seek an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance investor engagement, drive market awareness, and support business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and public relations principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain investor marketing materials, including press releases, investor presentations, FAQs, and fact sheets.
  • Assist with written communications, such as quarterly earnings press releases and prepared remarks for earnings calls.
  • Anticipate shareholder questions and prepare proactive and reactive talking points to address them.
  • Help coordinate logistics and develop supporting communications materials for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, earnings calls, and investor meetings.
  • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, and shareholder issues that could impact the company. Monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, communications, economics, or a related field, with 7 years of work experience in public relations, accounting, or a related business or financial field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using data analysis tools like Tableau.
  • A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The estimated salary range for this position is $109,000 - $174,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
