Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive change and innovation.
  • Create learning materials like presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and reports to support educational programs and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and enhance NCBE's educational programs and events, including conferences and workshops.
  • Serve as a key contact for stakeholders, bringing feedback to leadership to ensure stakeholder needs and concerns are addressed.
  • Analyze data to evaluate programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to department communications and outreach efforts, creating materials like infographics, reports, and slide decks.
  • Explore new tools and ideas to drive innovation in educational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, education, or change management.
  • Skills in creating learning materials like presentations, e-learning modules, and infographics.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or e-learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning or change management frameworks is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Madison, Wisconsin, offers a vibrant community with excellent municipal services and educational opportunities.
