Description & Qualifications

Position Overview
This role is integral to the corporate treasury operations of the organization. It encompasses global responsibilities that necessitate collaboration with various stakeholders and external banking partners.

The position involves active participation in a wide array of treasury-related functions and projects for our expanding organization, including cash management, short-term forecasting, wire and ACH processing, bank account oversight, intercompany settlements, foreign exchange management, bank fee analysis, and other treasury operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Treasury Operations leadership in nurturing robust domestic and international banking relationships for cash and treasury management services, continually seeking optimal products and services while aiming for cost-effective banking solutions.
  • Oversee global operational cash management activities, ensuring timely processing of various ACH, wire, and investment transactions across multiple entities worldwide.
  • Conduct daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting, taking necessary actions to ensure accounts are adequately funded.
  • Manage daily cash flow by ensuring sufficient liquidity and investing any short-term excess cash across all accounts and entities, or recommending borrowing from credit lines as required.
  • Analyze monthly bank account fees for service pricing accuracy, identify trends, and negotiate fee reductions with banking institutions.
  • Address all Positive Pay exceptions, ACH Fraud Filter issues, ACH returns, and stop payment requests.
  • Support the global intercompany loan and settlement processes.
  • Act as Bank Administrator to facilitate user access changes across various banking platforms.
  • Open and close bank accounts and add necessary services as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury-related internal controls and audit processes.
  • Handle various ad hoc treasury-related tasks and internal/external reporting.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in treasury operations.
  • BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or accounting preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-volume, global, multi-currency organization.
  • Familiarity with Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with various treasury, banking, and financial reporting systems.
  • Adaptable team player and problem-solver in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and business partnering skills to engage with various management levels and build influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
