Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-advocacy.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document progress and provide regular updates to the treatment team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
