Operations Manager for Creative Initiatives

Insight Global is seeking a meticulous and forward-thinking Creative Operations Manager to become an integral part of our organization. This position plays a vital role in documenting our operational methodologies, refining workflows, and strategically advancing our processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both documentation and analytical process evaluation, coupled with strong skills in crafting engaging presentations and a robust technical understanding of creative operations tools and their implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly document existing operational workflows, processes, and procedures across multiple departments.
  • Design and uphold standardized templates, guidelines, and documentation frameworks.
  • Examine current processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and propose strategic enhancements to boost productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop captivating and visually appealing presentations and slides for internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect information, ensure precision in documentation, and execute process enhancements.
  • Assist in the deployment of new tools or systems aimed at streamlining operations and documentation processes, utilizing a strong technical grasp of creative operations tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations documentation or a related field, preferably within a creative or marketing context.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., AEM, Workfront, Airtable).
  • Knowledge of creative content management systems (CMS) or digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
  • Expertise in slide design software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and experience in developing compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Solid comprehension of creative production and operational processes.
