We are looking for an innovative and skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to strengthen Bethel Church of Redding's digital outreach and creative initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support our global mission, partnerships, fundraising, and enrollment strategies.

The Marketing Project Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a pivotal role in the execution of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the marketing team's Project Management System (PMS), ensuring tasks, timelines, and calendars are effectively managed.
  • Support the daily operations of both in-house and external marketing teams, ensuring accountability and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various staff and students to develop engaging marketing content and events.
  • Collect and analyze relevant marketing data from all channels to inform strategies.
  • Work closely with the VP and team to explore new channels and marketing platforms for reaching prospective students.
  • Contribute to content creation, including copywriting for email campaigns, promotional materials, and social media.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maximize Bethel Church's brand presence.
  • Assist the Admissions team in staffing conference booths and other outreach activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the VP of Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills and experience with PM software (e.g., Monday, Click Up).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative thinker capable of using data and intuition to guide decisions and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile and interpret data, create executive summaries, and provide business insights.
  • Familiarity with various media channels for effective communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with the Operations & Admissions team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with basic software tools (e.g., Google Docs, Calendars).
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
