If you have a passion for cinema marketing and entertainment production, along with strong organizational capabilities and a knack for project management, Onni Creative is in search of a Marketing and Operations Intern. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Business Operations Manager and the Director of Concessions to facilitate marketing projects and campaigns, with a particular focus on cinema marketing and concession development.

This internship is designed for College/University credit and is unpaid. It presents a unique chance to dive into the vibrant realm of cinema marketing and entertainment production while refining your marketing operations and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize tasks using Asana, a project management tool.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities for both the company and clients.
  • Develop surveys and order forms for marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research and monitor trends across various platforms.
  • Participate in meetings as required and document notes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly (NDA and Social Media Policy compliance required).
  • Create promotional emails utilizing MailChimp.
  • Engage in occasional communication with clients or vendors.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including graphic design tasks, presentations, proposals, look books, and mood boards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Access to a phone and computer with internet connectivity.
  • Availability to work approximately 10-15 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Slack, Asana, and Typeform.
  • Strong research abilities with a focus on marketing and entertainment trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in film and cinema marketing.
  • Willingness to support and take direction from various team members.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset is advantageous.
