Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and grow talent.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on employment-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in HR.
  • Develop and maintain HR systems and records, including employee data, benefits, and performance management.
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on HR-related topics.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and ability to maintain compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SHRM-CP or HRCI certification.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and software.
  • Knowledge of talent management and employee engagement strategies.
