Responsibilities:

Prepare and ensure completion of all new hire onboarding data in HRIS
Communicate candidate status to key stakeholders
Schedule pre-employment requirements in a timely manner
Prepare and send rejection letters through HRIS ATS
Complete required references on all new hires
Present HR new hire orientations across the continuum as needed
Ensure 100% completion of requirements are met for all new hires
Ensure accurate employee data is inputted into ATS and HRIS
