Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Corporate Support team in Rochester, NY. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the HR department, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and preparing and distributing HR-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Handle incoming calls, common inbox, and correspondence related to HR matters.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date, including maintenance of internal operating procedures.
  • Ensure internal HR files are clean and organized.
  • Process monthly drug and background screening invoices.
  • Reconcile 401K changes, and new benefit enrollments (including dependent verifications).
  • Yearly auditing of I-9's, PTO overrides, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, and regulations.
  • Previous experience in system implementations, a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
