JOB SUMMARY FOR CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
- We are seeking a Client Support Specialist. This role involves managing inquiries through our dedicated support line regarding Payroll and Leave of Absence for both US and Canadian clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and promptly
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries in a knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful manner
- Adhere to established internal control protocols
- Collaborate with team members as necessary, available to work any time between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexibility in schedule may be required based on business needs
- Potential for overtime may arise
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment preferred
- Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, along with adaptability and a positive attitude
- Location: Hybrid Schedule with in-office requirements
