Responsibilities

The Slot Machine Customer Support Representative plays a crucial role in assisting Floor Supervisors with operational tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Circulating throughout the assigned gaming area to assist player guests with slot machines.
  • Redeeming winning voucher tickets and providing change for players.
  • Offering guidance on game rules and addressing general inquiries.
  • Processing jackpot payments and performing minor operational maintenance on machines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage cash banks and ticket transactions.
  • Verify, redeem, and validate tickets accurately.
  • Assist in the verification and payment of W2G jackpots.
  • Provide instructions for slot play.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests by delivering friendly service.
  • Report emergencies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Identify and report malfunctioning slot machines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in slot operations or a similar role. Knowledge of casino slot machines and games is essential. Candidates must possess basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, relevant to the position's responsibilities.

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and noise.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and handling of objects are required.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective communication with guests in English is necessary.
