Key Responsibilities- Bid on new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win major accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
