Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to perform full cycle A/P functions, including receiving invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure correct GL coding
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and process payments in a timely manner
  • Monitor and prioritize payment of invoices based on vendor terms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of A/P transactions
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
