Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage potential Hi-Tech clients to promote our engineering services.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers, researching and mapping their needs and preferences.
  3. Promote and sell solutions/services to existing and prospective customers, leading generation, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
  4. Build and run a qualified sales pipeline consistent with account strategy.
  5. Lead client relationships independently or with support from Client Partner or Client Leader, listening to client needs and working jointly to identify challenges and preferences.
  6. Structure and craft deals for value, demonstrating and providing input on offerings, services, and capabilities.
  7. Maintain accurate Salesforce information.
Requirements:
  1. 15+ years of industry experience and 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, particularly in the Hi-Tech sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets.
  2. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and sell multi-year enterprise agreements.
  3. Track record of selling six-or-seven figure deals.
  4. Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  5. English: Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to develop compelling proposals and business plans.
