Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Growth Sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leading individual contributor sales people to success in high growth, complex environments.
  • Proven track record of accurately forecasting sales results and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment with a reciprocal spirit and communication skills.
