Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Consumer Marketing to lead our consumer marketing strategy and patient-focused touch-points critical to the commercial success of Nuplazid. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to deliver an exceptional patient and caregiver experience from awareness to ongoing treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer marketing strategy, including media and strategic partnerships, patient awareness, engagement, and activation.
  2. Lead the development of innovative, powerful multi-channel consumer marketing plans, including video, digital, social, website, email/CRM, and print.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and expand our digital, social, and mobile plans to engage and activate consumers.
  4. Develop and track metrics for media mix, consumer engagement, and promotional effectiveness, linking to broader success metrics of the brand.
  5. Build and maintain seamless partnerships with critical stakeholders, including corporate affairs, advocacy, and healthcare professional marketing.
  6. Lead consumer KOL/influencer identification and relationship development, as well as patient/care partner ambassador strategy and execution.
  7. Oversee all consumer-related agencies to ensure high standards of performance.
  8. Proactively manage marketing budget and drive business growth.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including digital marketing experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role is required. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered. Healthcare professional and consumer marketing experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical marketing competencies, including marketplace/consumer analysis, consumer segmentation, brand positioning, brand sustainability, execution excellence, and multi-channel media plan development.
