Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers and support staff to ensure excellent care and services
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior care or a related field
- Valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range: $125K-135K
