Business Systems Analyst Job Description

Troy Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that solutions are feasible and effective.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making on system implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business functions to resolve complex problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of business processes and systems.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
